My recent visit to BMW was painful but necessary. My hose disconnected on my X5 and they did all they could to get it fixed without making too painful. BMW is constantly improving in the service department and that's the way it should be when you are driving a high end car. My only gripe and it's a small one and it's they don't have many loaner cars to accommodate customers but on the flip side they will Uber you back and forth to the dealership if need be. Keep up the good work BMW as you are restoring my faith in you. More
