BMW of El Paso sets up customers for failure. I’ll begin my review from my own personal experience. This location thrives on getting customers out of the lobby by setting us up for failure by p I’ll begin my review from my own personal experience. This location thrives on getting customers out of the lobby by setting us up for failure by providing an Uber ride “wherever you want to go” simply to not have customers hanging around the lobby — but then THEY FORGET ABOUT YOU! Why doesn’t BMW of EP offer loaner cars to their customers, rather than offering a ride using an Uber? I had to wait close to 4 hours for AN OIL CHANGE! This is not the first time, BMW forgets about their customers. The manager sits in his office all day, and Carlos and Karina are horrible to deal with, super rude and unprofessional. I have reported all of this corporate already. More

Alec Moran is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. His kindness and willingness to help is genuine. Alex Navarro was our salesman and we lost him due to a much deserved promotion. But if ever I need anything, he will always take my calls. I have great respect and admiration for the BMW brand and both Alec and Alex. More

Oscar Bull is an AMAZING client advisor! I purchased my BMW X-5 Hybrid more than a year ago. My husband and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious. Even afte I purchased my BMW X-5 Hybrid more than a year ago. My husband and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious. Even after the sale, he does an amazing job of following up with you. If you have questions or concerns or need some tips or pointers with your car, he makes himself available. Further, the times I’ve been in for service— he will take time out to visit with me and personally check on my car. He’s never too busy to speak with me or my husband. One time when my car was in the shop and there wasn’t a shuttle, he personally drove me home. On another occasion, he offered to drop me off for shopping when my car needed some additional service time. It’s unique and refreshing to find someone who still invests energy and time in their clients even after the sale. And lastly, he is a genuine and sincere person —always asking how we are doing. He is really a great asset to this BMW dealership! More
