A few months ago I was looking to trade in my X5 for a newer model year X3. I looked at Ralph Schomp and Murray. I live about 150 miles from Denver and he made me feel so comfortable that I bought the car without even seeing it or test driving it. He ecven drove it up to the mountains, picked up my old car and gave me this one while he was on vacation! He truly went over the top and exceeded all of my expectations. My experience with Murray BMW of Denver and Ben Uher was fantastic. I'm not the type of buyer who wants to spend a lot of time at the dealership test driving and sitting inside the car and getting to know i fantastic. I'm not the type of buyer who wants to spend a lot of time at the dealership test driving and sitting inside the car and getting to know it's "feel". We've bought a number of cars from less customer oriented dealerships and have spent hours upon hours waiting for sales to pull numbers, finance managers to prep paperwork, service and lot guys to clean the new vehicles...those dealerships haven't come close to the level of service at Murray BMW and won't be getting my family's business again. My vehicle buying process consists of conducting research, selecting a car and then contacting a dealership to discuss pricing and offers. Working with Ben gave me the freedom and confidence to know that I was getting what I wanted before I ever stepped foot inside the dealership. Ben knows that buyers don't want to spend half a day in a dealership. He listened to what I wanted and had 3 cars lined up for me to drive when I arrived. Every one of them fit with the description of the vehicle I was seeking. The buying process was seamless, the Finance Manager stayed late that evening, had all paperwork ready for me when I got to his office, and simply needed a few quick signatures. Ben even offered to pick it up and drop it off a few days later with the full detail so that I could drive out the door in my new BMW that evening. We'll be Murray customers from now on and refer all of our friends to Ben. More
