Very good experience, leasing my new car (Robert Kaufman) I was fortunate to work with Bobby Kaufman, for my new alpine white 435xi. I am very picky with options, wanted to get port-installed aftermarket ite I was fortunate to work with Bobby Kaufman, for my new alpine white 435xi. I am very picky with options, wanted to get port-installed aftermarket items (performance pack and exhaust) and needed to figure out how to add that to the lease, etc. (which is not easy) and Bobby is patient, calm, friendly, and focused on making it a positive experience. He is clearly investing in repeat business. He certainly gets mine, and I am sending my friends to him as well. I had one small issue with the car (the port installed exhaust tips did not line up right), brought it in, and the director of service immediately took the car in personally, got it adjusted, brought it back. Extremely professional, provided great insight on changing engines, etc., a pleasure to deal with. Finally, I also brought an X5 for service yesterday, with excellent work by David Gesler. I will remain with this dealership. More

Exceptional Professionalism and Customer Focus I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Claus, following him to BMW of Darien after buying a car from him while he was at another dealership. Exceptional professionalism is how I would describe Claus and is the reason why I have returned to him for my recent purchase. His style is patient and through, very customer focused - with a genuine interest to ensure that I have every bit of information and take all the time I need to make a decision. From the first day I met Claus, I always felt that he made time for me and that I am an important customer. More importantly, I feel that I can trust him , that he is very transparent and a wonderful communicator. At the end of the day, I feel that Claus is a wonderful professional and someone who I would want to continue to work with. I have shared his name with several others and want to post this review to recognize his exceptional service...if in the market for a new BMW, I hope that the readers of this write-up will consider Claus and Matt's team at BMW of Darien. Terrible Customer Service 1) they are rude, by talking down to me (the customer, as if i dont know what a car is. Our sales advisor (and I choose this word intentionally), Steve Kozlowski, is a pleasure to work with. Steve takes the time to understand your objectives and works as your agent to secure the right car at the right price. In our case, a low-mieage X5. He knew the previous owner and made sure we understood how awesome an opportunity it was to acquire a well cared-for car at a fair price. When you buy CPO from a BMW dealer, you should expect to pay a retail price... and we paid a "fair to both parties" retail price. But the value was all there. The car is like new and the experience of buying it from BMW of Darien was professional, transparent and very pleasant indeed. Steve is the guy to see if you want to have a principled discussion and feel that your needs are being heard and advocated for. Anthony Martinez, who is the business manager (finance, warranties) also represented us well in the selection of the extended maintenance for our X5, an add-on that makes sense for us given how many miles we drive a year (25k). We've also had a lot of warranty work and out-of-warranty work performed at this dealership over the years, and they are very good indeed. More

Sales Associate Beverly Clarke found me an X1 that had the options I was looking for all the way down in Georgia. However, when we were unable to locate that vehicle, business manager Anthony Martinez found a better-equipped X1 locally and matched the same price! Beverly Clarke was a pleasure to deal with - she quickly got me the best price with the least amount of hassle. Not only did Bev follow-up through e-mails and phone calls, she also took the time to show me the in's and out's of my X1 even after the paperwork was completed. Business manager Anthony Martinez was wonderful to work with. He provided me no-nonsense numbers that were easy to understand and relate to. Anthony also took care to explain the terms and conditions of the lease documents in thorough detail with no pressure to have the customer hastily sign anything. I would highly recommend seeing Anthony for all your lease or financing questions. I was carefully guided throughout the entire sales process without any of the judgment or condescension of other luxury car dealerships. The modern dealership is housed in a beautiful building conveniently located off the side of I-95 with an attached service center. BMW of Darien has earned my trust and I look forward to both referring my family and friends and working with them in the near future. More
