Product Knowledge Lacking I was trying to get pricing and availability information on a 2017 BMW 5 series as well as information on the 2018's and their arrival and pricing. I I was trying to get pricing and availability information on a 2017 BMW 5 series as well as information on the 2018's and their arrival and pricing. I am trying to decide if it makes more sense to go 2017 or 2018. Anyway - Ebony Haney was either having a really bad day or she has no idea of the product. I seemed to know more than she did about the vehicle. She could not answer a single question that I had. Bad business model in this day and age. Management at BMW of Darien needs to be aware of how this important part of their business is/is not being handled. More

Darien Service-- Why would anyone go elsewhere! I called for an appointment. The service reception was more than courteous, and very helpful. My service advisor Vince Pampena [who I understand I called for an appointment. The service reception was more than courteous, and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed, he answered any questions I had, and with the text he sent to me, I actually remembered a request, I hadn't thought of before, that was taken care of.
