Good Service I've been to this location several times for service/recall related visits and have had good experiences each time. I called numerous additional times and got his voicemail every time, not one call returned. Please see me prior reviews, all negative. Help on the Road While visiting family in Stamford, the “add coolant” indicator came on. I stopped at unannounced at BMW of Darien and was greated by Steve Parrett who While visiting family in Stamford, the “add coolant” indicator came on. I stopped at unannounced at BMW of Darien and was greated by Steve Parrett who personally topped off the fluid. When I stopped by 2 days later to check the coolant level, the service tech, Neal, removed the engine cover and pointed out that coolant lines needed replacement. That’s the type of service that completes the experience of owning and driving a BMW. More
