Iffy service Dropped car off for loud power surges when heater was on. They told me they knew all about it. (No loaner car until January) next thing I got a stran Dropped car off for loud power surges when heater was on. They told me they knew all about it. (No loaner car until January) next thing I got a strange video talking about a POTENTIAL oil leak in the engine. What was that all about? Then they called saying the car is ready. They told me that they heard no noise at all. Hard to believe. I got into the car and the same noise was still there, only louder. After I complained, numerous service guys came out, listened, talked, but had no answer. But, they told me the car is fine to drive and I should just leave. ???? Anyway, I told them this needs to be fixed and left the car with them. They eventually fixed it and now it is quiet again. (something about the water pump). Terrible attitude all around, and I am very disappointed in that service. I have already looked at buying another BMW, but now have major concerns about this dealer's service department, because that will have something to do withwhere I buy my next car. More
