Good experience in car shopping. My husband and I purchased a car yesterday and worked with Bob Langenber. I hate car shopping bc of the games you have to play to get what you want. This was one of the few experiences where we weren't totally stressed when leaving the dealership. Bob is an awesome salesman, no pressure, very pleasant. He showed us what we wanted and worked within our price range. Eric in finance was also very pleasant to work with. He had our paperwork ready and it didn't take forever to finish the purchase. He also didn't pressure us into buying every additional warranty package and all the other services available. We'll go back here next time we're shopping for a car. More
