I had requested that all replaced parts be provided for my inspection. Only one was provided. I could not see any issues. No other parts were provided. I will not purchase another BMW.

$10,000.00! Is a lot to pay to fix a squeak in the rear axle area. Unbelievable! I have owned 6 BMW and this is the absolute highest repair I have paid. There will be no more.

David Tyson is an excellent service advisor. Love my 10 yr old BMW. The service department is better than most. My only complaint is the cost of repairs. Too much! More
