This is the most frustrating place to go. Every single time I go, I am there for no less than double the time they say, I am quoted a minimum of $7,000.00, and the salesmen and women are the Every single time I go, I am there for no less than double the time they say, I am quoted a minimum of $7,000.00, and the salesmen and women are the most impolite people I have ever dealt with. I can go for a routine oil change and still leave with a quote of $8,000.00+. I was quoted $800 for front two brakes and rotors alone. Back, another $800. The worst part about driving a BMW, dealing with this dealership. When I used a dealership in KC with another BMW, I had incredible service. I wish I could say the same here. More

Chris, my service advisor, listened to the symptoms my car was showing and he was able to determine the problem before the car even got to the mechanic! He explained the repair process and got me home vi car was showing and he was able to determine the problem before the car even got to the mechanic! He explained the repair process and got me home via Alto. The car was repaired as predicted and Alto got me back to retrieve my car. All is well with the car and I am pleased with how they respected my time and safety. More
