I had several lights on my dash and receive no diagnostic check/report whatsoever! Absolutely no recommendations on regular maintenance like oil and brakes change when the lights are clearly on. My service advisor Joseph Lane is professional and honest. He always takes the time to explain what is involved and the cost. He let me know if maintenance work I am requesting can wait or is unnecessary. Service Director Fidel Garza is super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He kindly helped me to solve an issue about the Ultimate Care Agreement. Everyone here is very friendly. Also, there is a quiet and clean waiting area. Love this place! More
