Just the truth and my experience : I already had a pre-approved loan ready but the dealer would only negotiate the price if I applied for their dealership loan...., the results? The dealership loan offered a higher interest rate and my credit score took a 10 point hit from the unnecessary inquiry...., We ended up using my pre-approved loan anyways. They were unwilling to negotiate the extended warranty so I passed...., about a two weeks later I reconsidered and ask about buying the extended warranty, they raised the extended warranty price an extra $1,700 more (claimed it was policy) but were willing to take off a grand as if they were giving me a deal!? In the end it was still $700 more than the original price so I passed for the second time. Last but not least I Fedex them the down payment on the car in cashier's check format, for about 7-8 hours they could not located the already delivered and signed Fedex package enclosed with the down payment! BMW is a premium brand and a BMW dealership should provide premium service.My experience with BMW at Clear Lake was disappointing and unsatisfactory. More
