I think that’s Randy’s influence. I’ve had a great experience with the Service Department (David Tyson) and that was a huge factor in coming back to pickup a new 2026 X5 this week. The Service Department helped me get over 140,000 miles from my 2014 535i. If you visit, you will find Randy, the GM, in the service drop off bays, the sales floor and occasionally in the workshop. He is someone that comes across as a real person that wants customers to have a good experience. He’s a very sharp guy. The dealership is always very clean and organized. With this purchase I interfaced with Rachel Keefer (Sales Mgr), Stephen Flores (Sales) and Nathaniel Dickout (Finance). They were very professional and kind. Rachel set me up with an app code where our vehicle could be tracked at the factory through assembly and transport. Everyone is available through text, phone email. They will respond quickly to any questions and keep you apprised of your issues and completions. I bought my first new car in 1979 and subsequently have experienced a wide spectrum of dealerships and highly recommend this dealership. More
