We understand how frustrating it is to be without your vehicle, especially when a clear explanation isn’t provided upfront. Regarding the A/C repair, the process took longer than expected due to the steps involved in accurately diagnosing and fixing the issue. We performed an overnight nitrogen pressure test to confirm the source of the leak, which we located in a hose. Unfortunately, the replacement hose wasn’t immediately in stock and had to be ordered, which caused a further delay before we could complete repairs and verify the system was functioning properly. As for the vehicle cleaning, we clearly missed the mark by not having the interior cleaned as well as expected. We apologize for the oversight and will use your feedback to improve our consistency. Not only the Uber transprtation lack of communication was disorganized , but the service agent lack of communicating with my wife on a ride home during the service of our vehicle. He told my wife loaner vehicles were not available. That happens, but he didn't communicate with her about the Uber service. I had to tell her and thats when she asked him. He just wasn't helpful.
