What an awful experience. The business manager tried to bait and switch me at the time of purchase. The dealership was expecting me first thing Saturday morning yet they kept The business manager tried to bait and switch me at the time of purchase. The dealership was expecting me first thing Saturday morning yet they kept me waiting over 30 minutes to sign the paperwork even though I was the only customer present. The paperwork contained the wrong numbers twice which delayed this further. And employees kept complaining that they were short handed and that caused some issues. In my history of buying cars, this has been one of the most amateurish and unpleasant car buying experiences. More
