emeryray02, I have just read you review of the dealership and wanted to ask you about your experience at our dealership. You claim to have spoken to a salesperson by the name of John, but we have no one here by that name. When did you purchase this vehicle? I've looked through our sales records and found nothing related to your purchase. We bought the store from the Tate'sin May 2008 and since that time have made a complete change of our management and sales staff other than a couple of exceptions. Also, I would like to look at your service file to check your vehicles history to see what kind of work has been done to your car. We are in the business of selling and servicing cars and keeping our customers satisfied. If we have failed to do so, I would really like to hear what your experiences have been like with us. Hi Bill. I bought my 2006 X3 as a CPO in March 2008. I never posted this review after I bought the car, but decided to after I had another bad experience with customer service in your service department a few weeks ago. I actually wrote about that experience in this review, but my service rep called me an hour after I posted it to take it down because he was lowering the repair cost, so I did. In that case I was told on the phone when making an appointment that the problem I was having with my bluetooth would be covered under warranty. After the work was completed, I found out it was not covered. The problem was that when the original warranty expired and the factory warranty kicked in, the bluetooth device turns itself off. (or so I was told). It required 2-3 hours of labor to restart the device. I believe that a "known" issue with programming like this should be covered. That would have been fine had the guy I dealt with not been so rude. To top it off, he was supposed to send a driver to come pick me up. After waiting 2 hours, I got a ride. I got to the dealership and found out that the driver was never sent. Then...on the way home I had to stop on the highway because you guys forgot to close the hood! Disaster. I love the location of your dealership, but I've been burned by poor customer service. The only way I will come back is if I can only deal with Jane as a service rep, she's always been really great. Hope this helps, Brian Ray 410-739-4440
