Bought both of my bmws from them and always get my service/maintenance work there. Over the years have dealt with Jane mostly and recently Dontae. Both knowledgeable about the car and repair work. Had my car serviced there and was a little surprised at the final cost. On the positive side I was given a loaner, but I thought my car was going to be there for a day or so. No one told me imy car was going to be there so long. This was bad considering, I travel for my job and I couldn't take the loaner outside of the DMV area. I had to postpone many meetings and when I got my car back it wasn't for anything too intricate. I also wish my service advisor would have called me once to tell me what was going on with my car. I left several messages on her voicemail. More

The customer service was ok. I was pretty annoyed that it was freezing outside and the person handling my service said my car was parked “right out front.”. It was not “right out front.” It was actually parked all the way across the parking lot near the street you turn off of to enter the service area. I happened to have a question for the body shop and the gentleman from the body shop offered to bring my car to the service center doors. I really appreciated that. I was told upon checking in that my service (an oil change) would take about 90 min. My appt was at 945am and I arrived on time. My car wasn’t ready until 1245pm and no one updated me at any point about the service running behind. It was also very, very cold in the waiting area. And the door kept being left open by delivery drivers. And there was only one place to sit where I could plug in my laptop. The oil change was fine. More
