Dereck is great to work with! Have had no problems with routine maintenance. If you are going to wait for your vehicle, it's helpful to schedule the first appointment of the day to Have had no problems with routine maintenance. Dereck in particular has been a superb service adviser and has been always straight to the point with me. I also really appreciate he can answer most of my questions via email when my car is being serviced over there. Note: all the services I had there were still under warranty. So not sure of prices when my cars need to be serviced out of warranty. More

And while I don't typically take the time to write reviews of this nature, the level of inclusion that the dealership has offered me warrants mention here. Moreover, while my satisfaction with every layer of the organization stands at 100%, it is the relationship that I've established with the service side that has connected me to the brand in ways that I had not expected. Under the leadership of Mark Wade, my service adviser Dusty Harrison has been not only a highly credible information source, but also an absolute ally in managing my vehicle's service schedule. Dusty has kept my Z4 up to date, and consistently exceeded my expectations vis-a-vis timing and professionalism. His ethic and dedication to my needs as a customer have created a level of trust that now permeates my entire experience with BMW of Ann Arbor. And frankly, when I turn the keys of my vehicle over to anyone, I want the fundamentals to be solid. Great service experience I have been to this service center twice. Both times Dusty was my service advisor. Dusty was great; he entertained my 1000 questions about the i3 an I have been to this service center twice. Both times Dusty was my service advisor. Dusty was great; he entertained my 1000 questions about the i3 and the KLE update. He even let me go check the car out in the service area and talk to the technician. Each time I was there Dusty appeared to be the 'go to' guy for customers and his team. I was impressed how he handled the constant flow of people and how professional he was with everyone. More
