I was very satisfied with the service that was provided by this dealership. i would have given them a 5 stars if the timeliness of completing the brake work was better. there are so many reasons now by this dealership. i would have given them a 5 stars if the timeliness of completing the brake work was better. there are so many reasons now a days for such delays (labor, etc) i gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was due for things outside of their control. I appreciated that Dusty was in contact with me throughout this time, so i was aware of this delay. He was good to work with and treated me well.. More

If you are ok with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and a liar. I had to hunt down the GM to get my car after 3 weeks. Found out my car was finished 6 days earlier. Not one call!!!! My car was disgusting dirty and smelled of oil when I got it back. BMW you expect better this was my 2 nd bad experience with them. More

I had the worst experience with this dealership. waited 5 minutes before someone came. the service advisor (I didn't ask his name, but he later gave me his manager's card Mark Wade) asked $160 for oil change minutes before someone came. the service advisor (I didn't ask his name, but he later gave me his manager's card Mark Wade) asked $160 for oil change while there was an online special for $100. when I took out the print out, he accused me for playing him for not bringing this out in the first place. The advisor asked $300 for the brake fluid, $300 for the coolant, $160 for check up. I later did brake fluid in another BMW dealer for much lower price and they didn't ask me for the coolant and check-up. I never realize a dealership can be so bad. Even Honda offers much better service than this "luxury" branch dealership. Fortunately not all BMW dealership is as bad as this one. More

The Worst Service Experience I dropped my vehicle for service, supposed to get 15% off on $1500 services, but instead they did another service ( Wheel Alignment) without even my a I dropped my vehicle for service, supposed to get 15% off on $1500 services, but instead they did another service ( Wheel Alignment) without even my approval. Guess what during this service they damaged my steer wheel and door handle. I care my car, know everything. This is purely Ann Arbor BMW negligence and damaged my vehicle. No positive response to my questions and they say it pretty common for this kind of vehicle. I can’t trust them anymore and don’t take any chances. Excellent Service Regardless of the Isse I'm a difficult person to please but these guys always managed to send me on my way happy regardless of the situation. If there is an issue, they fix I'm a difficult person to please but these guys always managed to send me on my way happy regardless of the situation. If there is an issue, they fix it, and they do it with a smile, always! Most of the time it's an easy visit and Dusty always has time to personalize the visit by sharing a story or two before departing. They make you feel like you are part of the family at BMW of Ann Arbor! Excellent Team! More
