Looking to get out of this car we were told that Mo Beidoun would be a great person to work with. Unfortunately this day was Mo's day off. A call was placed to Mo by the Service Department and within an hour Mo was there on his DAY OFF to meet with us. Mo is a great asset to BMW of Ann Arbor and expresses a genuine car and concern for the customer. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. I would definitely work with Mo if you get the chance. Not to say the other Sales Persons aren't good, but Mo is just this exceptional. Thank you Mo for being you and being Great! Part II of my review Service - Dusty Harrison When you purchase/lease your new/used/CPO BMW from BMW of Ann Arbor you MUST take it here and have your Service Manager be Dusty Harrison. I've been taking my BMW to Dusty for 5 years and he is always ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations I've had. He has taken care of me and my wife on NUMEROUS times and to us, he walks on water. Dusty is a true professional who cares about his customers and strives to make them happy. The combination of Mo bringing in customers and Dusty keeping them coming back is a recipe for success. Dusty is literally the only reason we kept coming back. Again, not taking anything away from the other Service Managers, but Dusty is a 12 on a 10 point scale. If you don't believe me, give it a try. He won't disappoint you nor will the friendly staff (Carol Leisure and Poppi). Attention Mr. Wade - Your biggest asset is Mr. Dusty Harrison, please take care of him. More
their word means nothing, very bad experience I found a used 3 series listed online for sale through this dealer, I contacted the dealer and they confirmed they still have that particular car for I found a used 3 series listed online for sale through this dealer, I contacted the dealer and they confirmed they still have that particular car for sale. Dealer said the car was currently being repaired (drivers seat) and I was not able to come and test drive the car that day. The dealer said the drivers seat would be put back in the car the following day and it would be available to view the car and test drive it. I agreed to be there the following day, I text the salesman that I spoke to the previous day and told him I was on my way, it was a 3 hour drive each way so I wanted him to know I would be there and what time, the salesman responded and said ok I will see you then. I drove 2 hours and 45 minutes and I was 15 minutes from the dealership, the salesman called me and said sorry they just sold the car. I then spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. I told them I was 15 minutes away and you knew I was coming, I couldn't believe a dealership would do this knowing I was on my way there and what time I would be there, It didn't really bother me with that particular car being sold, it was more of me wasting 6 hours out of a day and being treated like that. Client for life No makes you feel like you are his only customer. Furthermore- when you purchase a vehicle from him- your relationship with the dealership and him is No makes you feel like you are his only customer. Furthermore- when you purchase a vehicle from him- your relationship with the dealership and him is just the beginning. My wife and I ran over a nail about a month after purchasing our car and were losing air pretty fast. We called Mo to let him know we were on our way to the dealership to get a new tire. When we arrived tat the dealership we were met by Mo, a service advisor, and loaner. We have never experienced this kind of service Ianywhere else. I highly recommend the dealership and Mo to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More

Every service was performed very wel Owning three BMWs I have had many "interactions" with BMW of Ann Arbor and especially with service adviser Dusty. Every service was performed very well and I was always fully satisfied. Let me add that I build track cars, have a hoist in my home garage, am a technical moderator on a 250,000 member car forum and even rebuild engines and transmissions. Even with my mechanical ability, I still often bring my BMWs to Dusty because they can often service it faster and cheaper than I can. Heck they even reconditioned a set of non-factory Brembo racing brake rotors. I am a perfectionist in the work I do and I have always found that their mechanics are equally perfection oriented. Dusty is clearly a car guy who is super enthusiastic and genuinely excited about getting each and every car serviced correctly. And always honest about those items which really need fixing and those that can wait. In short, you can trust Dusty to get your BMW services exactly as he would his own car. More

Nick was a great CA, presenting the features of the i3 during the test drive and tried to locate the car nationwide to match our exact specs. In fact, out first contact came from Jennifer Reeve, who tried to know our needs. We had a VIP appointment scheduled and, as our CA was not available due to another unscheduled client, we were put to work with Nick, who was really nice. We were also greeted by Bryan who briefly explained the process. At not time we felt pushed to purchase the car. And, in the end, they came with a great offer, basically achieving our target price. Unfortunately, due other reasons not related to the dealership, we did not go for the i3. But I will definitely come back for my main car replacement in 2017. More
