Don't forget to thank them. I gave this dealership a second chance. The first time I tried to buy a car from them several years ago, I walked around for 45 minutes inside and out I gave this dealership a second chance. The first time I tried to buy a car from them several years ago, I walked around for 45 minutes inside and out and no one asked me if I needed any help. So I went to a different dealership. This time, I had two people ask me if I needed help. So it was better. However, that is all that was better. The salesman acted like he couldn't care less if I bought a car and at the end he acted like I had done him a favor. It's fine if he doesn't care but he should at least try and act like he does. Buying a car is a big deal. I should feel excited and happy about my new car, and I don't because of a lack customer service. I know I may be asking for a lot but it would be nice to be walked to the door and I also want to be thanked. I am writing this today because I hope someone will read it before I pick up my car on Monday. This dealership and the salesman has a third chance. More

Waste of Time I drove an 1: 40 minutes to test drive and purchase an X3. I made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. I came in from my test drive I drove an 1: 40 minutes to test drive and purchase an X3. I made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. I came in from my test drive and said I'm ready to buy it. The sales person said the banks are closed. I said that's fine I'll just pay for the car. He then said I don't have people here to process you. He made an appointment for us to return the next day and asked for a deposit. On my long drive home I decided not to return. Messaged the dealership. No response! Wish I could leave 0 stars for their terrible customer service. More

The Worst Service Experience I dropped my vehicle for service, supposed to get 15% off on $1500 services, but instead they did another service ( Wheel Alignment) without even my a I dropped my vehicle for service, supposed to get 15% off on $1500 services, but instead they did another service ( Wheel Alignment) without even my approval. Guess what during this service they damaged my steer wheel and door handle. I care my car, know everything. This is purely Ann Arbor BMW negligence and damaged my vehicle. No positive response to my questions and they say it pretty common for this kind of vehicle. I can’t trust them anymore and don’t take any chances. Fantastic customer service I purchased my 335 CPO from this dealership and I don’t think my experience could have been any better. Alex, the sales representative was absolutely I purchased my 335 CPO from this dealership and I don’t think my experience could have been any better. Alex, the sales representative was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I have been visiting multiple dealerships but never got the knowledge and friendliness I got here. You could tell how much love Alex has from the brand right away. He drives one, and knows all there is to know about thes cars, the mechanics behind them and what makes them amazing automobiles. Also, as I have stated, Alex not being pushy let the car spek for itself and made me trust him even more. I entered the deslership with the idea that all car dealers are xxxxxxxx and left impressed with the fact that it was not true. To say the whole staff went above and beyond would be an understatement, and I am grateful and happy to now be part of the BMW family. I would recommend this dealership and especially Alex to anybody in the business to buy an amazing driving machine. Also, the financial manager (Ray) made time to meet me at a personal level and also made extra efforts to make sure I was getting the best financing possible. As I for some reason got denied for the credit he made sure it was not a mistake (which it turned out to be) and i left home with the car of my dreams and a great deal all thanks to him. More
