This was by far the best automotive sales/service experience I've ever had. My sales advisor was Stewart and he was AWESOME!! Where is his picture??? The service side of this dealership has been excellent. I recently had my car serviced and Kevin took care of everything I brought up and did a great job of explaining what was going on. Went in with my father to purchase a used BMW, walked in the dealer, which was empty due to a recent snow storm yet it was minutes before anyone assisted us. Dave called us into his office and we wanted to the dealer, which was empty due to a recent snow storm yet it was minutes before anyone assisted us. Dave called us into his office and we wanted to know what inventory they had, he wouldn't offer any details until we gave a price we were looking for even though we knew what model (so we had a rough idea of the price). I brought up another used car at another dealership and he scoffed at that and mentioned how it was a bad car without giving any details. For the inventory he did have, he was hesitant to provide any copies of information regarding them (packages, car fax etc) as if they couldn't be printed again for free. Being the GM at a BMW dealer, I expected above and beyond customer service yet was "greeted" with very cold, impersonal feeling. I felt as if we were wasting his time and left promptly. I ended up buying the car I wanted, just not from his dealership. I understand that my experience may be a fluke or the rest of a bad day on his side, but I have heard another customer share my feelings and strongly believe that any sales advisor should have a better customer service aptitude, let alone the guy running the dealership. More
Dusty Harrison and the folks at BMW of Ann Arbor made my service issue completely problem free. When I came in for my regular vehicle check, I pointed out that my TPM system was acting up. I told Dusty th service issue completely problem free. When I came in for my regular vehicle check, I pointed out that my TPM system was acting up. I told Dusty that, unless it's absolutely essential to the safe operation of the vehicle, I'd have to pass on getting it fixed or replaced that day. Dusty had the BMW of Ann Arbor mechanics look it over and it turned out that there was a wire that had loosened (on an '07 328i with almost 90k miles, that's not bad for the only thing I've needed repaired, too!) that needed to be replaced and the cost was FAR less than it could have been. I appreciate that kind of extra service and concern for their customer's costs. I gave the green light for the repair and it was ready within an hour. The service department at BMW of Ann Arbor have a great attitude and really made me feel like I was getting the best service possible at a competitive price. My vehicle runs great, got a clean bill of health, and left the shop clean and shiny! Thanks guys! More
Ifound the entire staff to be courtious, professional looking, and knowlegable. The vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in.
