Alex Upshur is excellent, and knows his stuff, which is saying a lot as it is rare to find a sales associate who can discuss ( with knowledge) features, operation and performance of every car they might sell. Alex has done his homework, and answered every question I had relating to two cars I was looking at, and he was right in what he said. I recommend BMW of Ann Arbor as a hometown sales and service center you can rely on and feel at home at. That is a tall order these days but they do it every day. I have been in over seven times this month during and after my purchase and it's the same every time- perfect ! More

Service has been a strong reason for me to come to this dealership. They are efficent, get you signed up and in a loaner fast. Come a little early, no problem. It was a great experince and went with another new car. The process was excellent and found what i was looking for and a resonable price. What can I say I had fun at a car dealership.....how often does that happen. Stuart made me laugh and want to buy a car. Stuart made my first time car buying experience wonderful. After checking out other dealerships all day, my parents and I ended up at BMW of Ann Arbor toward closing time. I found a Volkswagen Jett wonderful. After checking out other dealerships all day, my parents and I ended up at BMW of Ann Arbor toward closing time. I found a Volkswagen Jetta that I liked, but found out it had been sold. Stuart showed me other cars in my price range including cars that had not been put out on the lot yet. None of the other cars were right for me so we left, but gave him our phone number in-case he got anything in my price range. Less than 10 minutes later Stuart called and told us that the Volkswagen had not been sold after all. We went back and Stuart took time away from his family to stay past closing to fill out my paperwork. Stuart gave great customer service regardless of the fact that I was buying a $10,000 Volkswagen and not a $40,000 BMW. More
