Rob was very welcoming, very professional and very patient with us and our many questions. He did not rush us to a decision and once we decided we wanted the car, he very carefully explained all of the paperwork and the purchasing process. Much to our surprise, the dealership prepared the car and sent us on our way that very day. Every staff member at BMW of Ann Arbor received us very professionally and with sincere concern for our comfort with the purchasing process. This was the best experiences I've had buying a new car. I had visited other dealers but came back to BMW of Ann Arbor because of the wonderful reception on my first visit. Bought a 2013 X3 2 weeks ago. It broke down on vacation in N MI. They have been unresponsive and not helpful in arranging pick up and delivery of loaner and getiing the vehicle to fix. This $50,000 vehic in N MI. They have been unresponsive and not helpful in arranging pick up and delivery of loaner and getiing the vehicle to fix. This $50,000 vehicle is lemon. Dealership is awful.
