My lease was up. I was encouraged to take a test drive and get $100 credit on my next purchase. I did that and enjoyed the brief test drive. I walked in asking about a specific Car that I saw on AutoTrader, at the begining, the sales man was so friendly, and sounded good, I took the car in test drive, and when it came to price negotiation, ba AutoTrader, at the begining, the sales man was so friendly, and sounded good, I took the car in test drive, and when it came to price negotiation, basically, he asked me how much do you pay and you now and get it so I told them what I thought, then the sales man went away and brought his manager, and the manager was so rude, he said that the prices are not negotiable and you will pay what it is listed for, and I was okay, thanks and I was about to leave and he started asking questions and where do have this price and you cant get a car for this price, and i told him from where, and he aas like noway, then he started looking the cars up and he found some cheaper cars with the same options, and he was like no, you can't find it at that price. After half an hour of him explaining that I can't get a same car cheaper that what this Car is listed for, THE WORST PART whs when I wanted to get my stuff from him, the Sales man has left already and he was like I do not know where they are, then I found it on the sales man (who has left without even we noticed that and we were sitting in the sales man office, and I had to go take my papers from his desk by myself. If the Manager does not know how to treat the potential customers then how do we expect that the sales men to be nice!!! I will not get a car from this dealer and I will not even recommend this dealer, even if the price is lower than the rest in the area!!!! I would Rather pay More but be treated the way that everybody else treats me. More
My overall experience was very good, as Eric Griffith was very cordial, patient, and helpful in my purchase of a manual X3 (used). Went in just looking and the Volvo I was driving was in excess of 200K miles. I test drove other vehicles and Darin was helpful through the whole process. Being an older man who is back in college for a degree money is tight but we managed to negotiate a rate that worked for all parties. I feel a lot better now that the wife has something both nice and reliable to drive. If I'm still in the area upon graduation I intend to come back for my next vehicle. More

I somewhat recently brought in my 7 Series for maintenance and Dusty was my Service Advisor. He provided me with regular updates on my service, along with a detailed list/explanation of the neede maintenance and Dusty was my Service Advisor. He provided me with regular updates on my service, along with a detailed list/explanation of the needed repairs. Additionally, I planned on selling the car myself and he offered some great advice. I also had a 3 Series in for service and my experience with Dusty was very consistent with respect to my prior 7 Series visit. He even went the extra mile and personally buffed out a couple scratches for me. A couple years ago, prior to the new ownership, I had a less than desirable experience while attempting to buy a BMW at this dealership. My excellent experience with Dusty in Service brought me back to the dealership for another 3 Series purchase. It was his integrity and great customer service that prompted me to give the dealership another chance. I am also pleased to say this recent purchase was a great experience. More

The purchase process was very simple and I never felt as though I was dealing with a typical car salesperson. He was very good about staying in contact with us, but not being pushy. I was at the dealership for X3 model. I dealt with Alex who is a nice guy & gave me the time & needed information. I asked for test drive & the dealership said "NO" saying that they have no test vehicle to who is a nice guy & gave me the time & needed information. I asked for test drive & the dealership said "NO" saying that they have no test vehicle to drive ( this really unbelievable ) Later I was called by Manager " Lane McEaney" & he said I can't take the final no’s discussed ( documents ) out of the dealership. Those no's won't work because 2013 models cannot be ordered anymore. I don't understand then why were they given to me in the first place? The idea was to make my buy one of thier inventory cars. Lane was trying to sell me the vehicle right there by giving me some pep talk. I was not very comfortable so I just walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. I stepped out & went to to other dealer & got my new car the same day. This dealership definitely needs to know & learn how to behave & talk with customers. Starting with Managers first. More
Rob Gleyre did an excellent job of being attentive and delivering high quality customer service during my purchase. He recognized that I was coming in from 2 hours out of town and needed things to be org delivering high quality customer service during my purchase. He recognized that I was coming in from 2 hours out of town and needed things to be organized and streamlined to help move the process along. I worked with Brenda in internet sales to get the figures in order before I showed up at the dealership, and Rob delivered a quality experience through delivery. A few days after the sale was complete there was an issue with the paperwork, and Rob personally drove 2 hours (each way) to have the new papers signed rather than putting me out to do so. I should also mention that the GM of sales, Lane, was committed to making everything right when I pointed out some issues with the figures. My only constructive criticism would be that each member of the team (internet, in-store sales rep, finance, and GM) be aware of all of the ins and outs of a particular deal rather than to have it all so compartmentalized. It would help make sure all of the figures and paperwork are aligned with what was communicated between various parties, e.g. customer and sales, and that nothing that was agreed to or promised gets overlooked. That being said, all around good teamwork and a job well done! More
