When it comes to service this is not the place you want. The lack of courtesy, decency, and plain common integrity just doesn't exist here. The old saying is fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, well it's my fault for trusting and giving others the benefit of the doubt. This company sold me a "Company used car, with low very low miles >15k. I requested new tires before driving off, they gave me a set of 4 faulty defective tires. Needless to say, 8k miles later, I had another tire shop review a completely flat tire on my run flats, and was told they were all nearly defective. I told the salesman, Justin, who suggested to have my car towed there, but only to then be told, that the tire shop caused all of the defects and that none of it was their responsibility. The only solution was that I can buy 4 more new tires or just 1 as the other tires are visibly damaged. Wow, what great service to tell someone who just purchased, a 50k car from your dealership! I would say this company, these service guys, and in general does not know the meaning of true customer servicing. They only care when you're buying from them, not after you have purchased. Don't go here for service, and especially to purchase because when you really need their help, they will leave you hanging every time. According to Dusty, he discussed this issue with his manager as well. That should say a whole lot in itself. More

Do not buy a car from this dealership. My husband and I bought a car with a "clean inspection" and within 2 months we had to put over $1,500 into it from repairs their "inspection" missed My husband and I bought a car with a "clean inspection" and within 2 months we had to put over $1,500 into it from repairs their "inspection" missed. Once confronted they made even more repairs included fixing brakes that they had supposedly just replaced but refused to reimburse the $1,500 worth of repair that had to be made. An outside mechanic that fixed the car told us that there was no way the car should have passed inspection. Everyone was very dismissive towards us and kept saying "they can't see into the future" even though the parts were so rusty that they snapped backing out of a parking spot. Save yourself and go to a different dealership. They are not to be trusted. More

BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy from this dealer if you want service after the sale. You go to service appt and advisors sit behind windowed offices and ignore you standing there for 15min. But the biggest is their unethical practices. I’m a repeat BMW owner and they’ve told me I need new rear inner break pads within 20K miles twice now and REFUSED to look at my past BMW break replacement records to prove this is NOT normal for me (my driving). First set they said “soft break pads” caused premature wear. Now it’s my “driving style.” Never looking to see WHY this is happening to a car under full warranty. They treated me (a woman) like I was an idiot. I left in tears (never let them see you cry) and the service mgr couldn’t be bothered to leave his office when I demanded the corporate number (which he gave to my advisor without questioning if there was a problem with a customer requesting it). GO TO ERHART IN FARMINGTON (they’re looking into fixing this issue of possible calipers sticking). Or go to BMW OF TOLEDO (best car prices), or BMW of OKEMOS. They’ll come get your car and leave a loaner for service. JUST DO NOT GO TO BMW OF A2. THEY ARE CROOKS. More
I had a tremendous experience at BMW Ann Arbor. My Salesperson was William (Billy) Becker and he immediately made me feel comfortable when I visited the dealership which was for the first time. I saw the car I wanted and Billy offered me a test drive straight away. The car was fantastic! It was an i4 edrive40 and it was obviously a well built car with great features and performance. I knew right away that this was the car I wanted and felt comfortable enough with Billy and the dealership to put a deposit on it that day. I have been driving the car for about a month now and it has been terrific. I wanted a high quality electric car and that is exactly what this is. Billy has followed up with me a number of times and definitely wants to insure my complete satisfaction. From the first day I visited the dealership and ever since my experiences have been great. Everyone is very friendly and keen on their insuring my needs are met and my questions answered. I highly recommend Billy Becker and BMW Ann Arbor! More

Have been trying since October to get a refund on the un-used portion of a tire warranty. I have sent several emails to the business manager (Raymond Borg) and phone calls to the General manager (Bill Da un-used portion of a tire warranty. Have not received any phone calls back and the warranty company is not even showing my paperwork has been sent to them. It has been 2 months! It appears that once they have my money they are extremely unhelpful at getting me any of it back. Even though, when they sold me said warranty, I was promised abundantly that getting a refund for un-used portion was “no problem.” I will never do business with this dealership again! Certainly will always be hesitant about any extended warranties from now on as well. Terrible experience. Was counting on this money to use towards my kids’ Christmas. Hence the reason I started the process in October. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated! More
