Chris, I am so sorry for your experience. Thank you for sharing. We have made many changes since then. We now have more hours on Saturday 8am to 4pm AND we have more service writers. Of course we are human and things happen. Like someone calling off or a mistake of over scheduling we do our best to be accommodating.
