All employees from the client advisors to the management team is very client oriented. The whole atmosphere seems to be structured around the client. Shujaat is the General Sales Manager and he went out of his way to educate me about the BMW brand as well as the X3. He worded with me because all sales people where engaged with other customers. It is very refreshing that even the management team will make sure that the sales process is easy and enjoyable. After a great presentation and test drive I was able to order the BMW of my dreams. Negotiations where as comfortable as the rest of buying process. I felt very good about everything from the start of the process to the day that I took delivery of my new car. They even kept me informed about the time line and scheduling the delivery was easy and accommodated my schedule. To my surprise even the completion of the paperwork with Erik the Finance Manager was smooth and without any pressure. As a young woman the car buying experience can be very dreadful, but at Dave Walter BMW I never felt pressured, the staff showed a lot of respect and made sure that this became a first class experience. After the delivery of my car one of the sales associates took me through the dealership and made sure that I was introduced to the service and parts manager. i feel comfortable to visit the dealer for all my future service needs, because they explained that process to me at well. I found out that buying a car is much more than just getting a good deal or a great price. The professional staff in this dealership has earned my business for years to come. We bought a BMW 128i convertible pre-owned via internet. We found the car on the BMW USA website in the pre-owned certified section. But there was no reason for concerns, everything we were told was correct. The whole process was very professional and we received our car via a transportation company. They helped us with finding the right transportation company and the car arrived as promised. We had several questions during the process and we received immediate responses even on Saturday night or Sunday!! The sales people are professional and very friendly. Unfortunately, the dealership is not close to our home otherwise they would be our first choice for all other services.
