All that really needs to be said is that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Over the years I have purchased 2 new vehicles and 2 used vehicles from dealerships and this is by f the best car buying experience I have ever had! I found a vehicle on their website and then scheduled a test drive. I was upfront about wanting a certified preowned vehicle, the style and what I wanted to spend. I looked at several CPO 3 Series vehicles and ended up buying the one I first test drove. They treated me with respect and were extremely friendly to my wife and 2 young children. Don't bother going to another BMW dealership. Mark is fantastic to work with and treated me like a true VIP customer. Shujaat was very nice to us and gave my 3 year old daughter a teddy bear and she absolutely loves her new bear 'lady' and takes it everywhere. Erik is great to work with, found us a great rate and was very quick with all paperwork. Erik is also very funny and makes the paperwork process fun.
