This was our second vehicle purchase from Eric Eisenhart at Dave Walter. We had extenuating circumstances with our purchases and both experiences were nothing short of awesome! We had a 428i coupe' that we weren't 100% pleased with, but had another year to go in our lease. Eric suggested we look into swapalease.com. He explained the concept and after further investigation we decided to give it a try. A week later, we were completely through the process with BMW Financial and our vehicle was going to be gone in a few days. Sounds great, but we needed to find a new car and quick! We were interested in a X4 but there were none on the lot. What we thought would be a problem was no match for this dealership. Eric helped us build the X4 of our dreams, and in the mean time, offered us a free loaner until our new car was delivered. We didn't even need to ask! Eric and Dave Walter BMW, as a whole, truly get the meaning of amazing customer service. When an individual can anticipate your every need and have the complete support of their dealership behind them, there isn't much more you could ask for. The people at Dave Walter BMW just get it and make car buying exciting again! More

Lease turn in fraud I recently leased a 2016 BMW X1 from Dave Walter BMW (love the car), the deal was handled by Shujaat Siddiqui and Michelle Laughman. I also had a 2013 I recently leased a 2016 BMW X1 from Dave Walter BMW (love the car), the deal was handled by Shujaat Siddiqui and Michelle Laughman. I also had a 2013 VW Tiguan that was at lease end, Shujaat told me he could take in the VW, as they also have a VW dealership, and he would take care of the $350 disposition fee. The VW was driven to the VW dealership by Shujaat, inspected for an hour and I was told eveyrthing was fine. 30 days later I get a $900 bill from VW for the disposition fee and excess wear & tear. Dave Walter apologized and said they'd resolve the issue, 90 days later no resolution and no communication. I now have BMW USA, VW USA and the Ohio attorney general involved, with cases open in each group. This was straight out fraud, intentionally committed for a quick sale. I can't wait to buy my Tesla and never have to deal with this rubbish again! More
