I love that they record a video of your vehicle and explain everything. They also do not try to sell you a service you don’t need. If you have an M car that needs work I highly advise taking it somewhere else. After months of back and forth including installing incorrect suspension parts (a, damaging a tire, having me pay for an taking it somewhere else. After months of back and forth including installing incorrect suspension parts (a, damaging a tire, having me pay for an additional tire that did not need to be replaced, and a half dozen alignments I took my car to BMW of Darien for 1 visit and they were able to fix the car. Needless to say, I was advised that this service center does not have the correct alignment machine to align an M car. Please beware taking your M car here for an alignment or anything to do with suspension as the dealer is subpar and ill-equipped to handle. More
