We purchased a vehicle from BMW of San Luis Obispo on January 20, 2023. Shortly after the purchase, we contacted the finance manager to request the cancellation of the extended warranty we had bought and January 20, 2023. Shortly after the purchase, we contacted the finance manager to request the cancellation of the extended warranty we had bought and asked for a refund of the associated cost . We also sent a certified letter to them. On March 10, Kirk Tumbaga confirmed receipt of the letter. We believed the matter was resolved. However, last week, upon requesting a payoff amount from BMW Financial, we discovered it had not been addressed. We contacted the dealership and spoke to Mr. Kirk about the issue. he assured us she would investigate and call us back within two hours. Unfortunately, we never received the promised call, and despite numerous attempts, we have been unable to reach anyone at the dealership by phone or email. More

I have been going to Coast BMW for about 3 years and my best experiences have been because of their new service advisor, Karina Gonzales!
