We purchased a vehicle from BMW of San Luis Obispo on January 20, 2023. Shortly after the purchase, we contacted the finance manager to request the cancellation of the extended warranty we had bought and January 20, 2023. Shortly after the purchase, we contacted the finance manager to request the cancellation of the extended warranty we had bought and asked for a refund of the associated cost . We also sent a certified letter to them. On March 10, Kirk Tumbaga confirmed receipt of the letter. We believed the matter was resolved. However, last week, upon requesting a payoff amount from BMW Financial, we discovered it had not been addressed. We contacted the dealership and spoke to Mr. Kirk about the issue. he assured us she would investigate and call us back within two hours. Unfortunately, we never received the promised call, and despite numerous attempts, we have been unable to reach anyone at the dealership by phone or email. More

As I was searching for a SUV, I looked online and several. I reached out to BMW of SLO and heard back from Scott Inman with a video saying hello and a tour of the car I was looking at online. Although I ended up buying a different vehicle than the original one I was looking at the entire process was so easy and felt like I was dealing with a company that valued integrity and value. Scott and the whole team provided an experience I have never had at previous dealers. I was treated like family and will be a loyal client forever more. Parts couldn’t fix my spoiler on my brand new car that was falling off. Three different appointments and still couldn’t. Hilariously sad. Anyway, service manager wouldn’t do anything about the overspray I was falling off. Three different appointments and still couldn’t. Hilariously sad. Anyway, service manager wouldn’t do anything about the overspray I found and the calcium deposit on the rear window, indicating repairs. On a brand “new” car. Sold new damaged goods. The last straw was when Tony Vital, a SA, tried charging me $2,800 or so on a part that was supposedly causing my front left tires toe measurement to be off. So it was driving pretty bad. Tony tried to pull a fast one. I know he gets a cut. I of course didn’t go through with it. Found the part online for $398. Some lack character and respect, nothing new. BMW makes amazing cars, it’s a shame some people cannot have ownership of one without the ill advised tactics used by the places that sell them. All they do is sell them, that’s it. At least in my experience. Hope this helps someone. More
