JT was awesome. He kept us informed, multiple phone calls and text messages, about the delivery of the X3 we ordered. Even though the delays were not easy to communicate to us he was always polite, honest and respectful. We both, my wife and I, felt we were in great hands with JT. Unfortunately the deal failed due to issues beyond his control. Absolutely no reflection on JT. More
