I don't think the rating choices here are reasonable. I showed up for service and the bay was closed, door was locked with a note of "Gone for the day". Ended up having to driver over to the BMW side after searching an empty mini building for someone who could help. Austin was put in a weird situation and did a great job of helping us out. Austin was super helpful and it all worked out. Just don't understand why I was scheduled to a building that noone was work at. I really can't evaluate anything else on the experience with Mini since I never interacted with anyone there. More
Service was excellent. I checked on a MX5 that was on your website with Jesus. It wasn’t on the lot because it just had been purchased out of state. Unfortunately not the service expected for a place that claims to be the best in Wichita. They don’t take their word on warranty claims and try to make sure you pay premium for something should be covered. claims to be the best in Wichita. First off, I must say that Chance Hall is the best Service Manager I have ever interacted with at Walser BMW of Wichita!! I have owned a few BMWs and have been going to Walser for 6+ years now for Service Manager I have ever interacted with at Walser BMW of Wichita!! I have owned a few BMWs and have been going to Walser for 6+ years now for my service appointments. I brought my latest BMW i3 in for it’s yearly service and to get some visual imperfections fixed. The quirkiness of my i3 caused some issues and Chance immediately stepped in being the fine manager he is and got all of the issues taken care of completely. I have had my fair share of interactions with previous Service Advisors and Service Mangers over the years and Chance is by far the best one I have interacted with. He actually cares about the reputation of Walser BMW and he takes pride in the of quality service his team provides. Thanks to Chance, I am 1000% satisfied with Walser and want to thank him for his excellence and coming through for me. More

BMW of Wichita Service came thru in a truly professional manor after my newly purchased ‘18 BMW 330xi CPO (purchased at Baron in KC) had a completely unexpected engine failure and required a new motor under manor after my newly purchased ‘18 BMW 330xi CPO (purchased at Baron in KC) had a completely unexpected engine failure and required a new motor under warranty. Not only was my car diagnosed & new motor delivered & installed quickly, but both Christian Mellinger (service advisor) and the technician who worked on my car were 100% professionals and kept me informed every step of the way. I have nothing but good things to say about BMW of Wichita’s Service Department and will be gladly using them again in the future. More
Worst dealership I dealt with all my life ( shayne McKenzie) made my satisfaction drop from 99 to 0 % had 3 problems with dealership. they gave me a used product that was supposed to be new. Whenever pulling In to the garage for service I am never greeted by anyone, any other dealerships I see have done so, looks a lot more professional to me for an expensive car. Service has always been not good through the years of being with them 🙁 More
