I was ripped off I was charged $2300 ,for an oil change and tune up!! $1800 was for labor alone!!! then I ask for estimate on the my passenger side window that was stuck and couldn't open and they were tr and tune up!! $1800 was for labor alone!!! then I ask for estimate on the my passenger side window that was stuck and couldn't open and they were trying to charge me about $2000 to fix I said now I'll take it somewhere else and was charged $300 just to tell me what I already knew what was wrong. I ended taking it to another shop and $400. What a rip off!!!!! More

Working with our advisor Francis was very difficult. We have a Mini and a BMW that we’ve had serviced at the Concord dealership that have resulted in the same experience of having to do our homework on We have a Mini and a BMW that we’ve had serviced at the Concord dealership that have resulted in the same experience of having to do our homework on reported repairs. The first was with our Mini, with a turbo issue and was indicated it would be upwards of 8-10k to repair. It was indicated that it was not covered. After reaching out to Mini USA, I was able to find that it was under the emissions for California. If we had not done the research, this would’ve been a large expense for the dealership not understanding their own warranty. Just recently, I sent in our BWM, with a sensor and camera issue, again with Francis, which took multiple follow ups on my end to understand where we were with the issue. We were told that there was some wire damage that could been rodent caused but was not tied to the camera. We were told it would be $3600 to fix both. We opted not to do the work and took it to another mechanic, which fix the problem without replacing either. From our view, this dealership cannot be trusted with there recommendations of services. Through this experience, we never felt that Francis was working for our best interests or willing to do a little homework on unknown items. The last and most difficult to understand, is when we picked up our car and asked about the service and knowing that it was less than, Francis asked us not to fill out the survey. This is an indication of self interest and not one of customer satisfaction. Shameful! More
