As this was an insurance issue, I was adamant that ALL costs be assessed prior to the authorization. I didn't want to end up with additional adjustments/additions to the cost of the repair. I kept getting calls for additional parts and labor, which I needed to try to resolve with insurance. The cost was extremely high ($13k) and there was NO actual collision damage to be repaired. Additional charges kept getting communicated to me because it simply "wouldn't look right" unless they "blended" the paint into another area. In the end I was resolved to pay an additional $500 of my own money so that the entire car would simply be repainted, thus avoiding any "blending". But it wasn't. It was clear that they did NOT paint the entire car because there were legacy ding marks on the passenger side door that would have gone away. I was also told it would get a service. That also did not happen because the service warning has not been reset. I am quite confident that had I done some checking, I would have found an independent shop that would have taken better care of me, and for far less money. It is infuriating that $13,000 apparently does not cover painting the entire vehicle, and giving it a service, to say nothing of addressing other things such as the interior door panel which was missed. It is important to note that I have always been extremely pleased with the service center in Concord. At my first visit, a young lady met me at the car and offered me coffee before I was even checked in. Very first class! But the collision center seemed segregated from the dealership. They seemed to be far more interested in maximizing their profit, than with delivering a quality repair, and excellent experience. All at my expense. Never again. Sean Harris More

I got a “left brake light malfunction” message from my car’s computer so I called Teresa to schedule an appointment, and she said “no need, just come on by and we’ll fix it for you right there on the spot” There was no waiting and no charge! Who does that anymore…Teresa does! I will continue to buy and service my BMW’s at Concord BMW as long as Teresa is there. It’s great to be taken care of time and time again. ~Mike More

I have got my car service from BMW concord over last 4yr, during that time i have gone thru other service rep but find Teresa to be the most knowledgeable of all of them(i had a glitch with voice prompt in my car,i called her she was able to help me fix that by herself thereby saving a trip to the dealership,so i think talking to her you will find her very knowlegeable).She assisted me in receiving out of warranty repairs through BMW North America and saved big bucks. I am so impressed by her work that she will be my future service rep. and would recomend everyone to give her a opportunity to be ur future rep. too. Teresa thanks and keep it up. Later Jhutti. More
I spontaneously decided to check out the dealership I live by to see if I could afford a BMW. I had visited the dealership before, expressing interest in a BMW. J.T. assisted me during my second visit and took the time to put me on his mailing list. At first I wasn't sold on the car as it wasn't the right year, but after seeing it online and in person I knew it was the right one for me. If J.T. hadn't of followed up with me after that first visit, I probably would still be looking for, instead of driving, my perfect car! I really appreciate his desire to get to know his customers' needs and take the time to follow up to ensure they are met. More
