One of the worst places I have ever dealt with. Bought a 2022 Altima that apparently was perfectly fine no issues and few hours out of the lot, the car has a hard time starting. Sometimes the car wouldn’t turn over the first time! Frustrated, I was then speaking with Corey N. who assured me they were going to fix it (never happened). I had this brought in THREE separate times for the SAME problem and they told me NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX IT. At the time, it was in the shop more than it was drive by me. Then Corey doesn’t communicate back with me on this issue, having me to leave multiple voicemails with no return call. Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership and now I just have a defective car while they took my money. **Tried calling Shelby Williams at (602) 782-1730 and no one answers and then I get Corey Neilsens voicemail, this has been my third time trying to contact Shelby with no luck what's so ever* More
