Not reliable. They sold me a damaged car and said car was not damaged. Showed me fake pics from a different car same model. Over $1600.00 in damages and never returned my emails or phone calls. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I called them regarding an 03 f250 they had for sale and asked them if there where any problems or dash lights on in the vehicle. I was told no and that the vehicle would be gone over and even test driven to make sure nothing was wrong before i picked it up. When I first picked it up I realized it had no tuner ( they told me it had a banks kit in it) and it had no emergency brake (truck is standard). I thought not a big deal for the price i got it at. By the time I got half way home the engine light had turned on and i could tell there was a serious problem with the truck( i am assuming they cleared the light before i bought it). Turns out the truck needed an egr valve, cam sensor, and injectors (NOT CHEAP). So they sold me an extended warranty to fix all this for 1900 saying that it was at cost (I looked up their warranty company's base pricing and it was not even close to cost!). Before i can even bring the truck in to get it repaired the tranny goes on it (a week after purchasing the truck). So i file a claim to get that fixed first and it turns out they only cover 2400 bucks of a repair claim regardless of how many warrantied parts are part of the claim. I was told that Autos Direct has tons of pull with their warranty company and can get anything warrantied as part of a favor. Also they omitted the terms and conditions page to the warranty when they sent me the paper work. Turns out the original repairs that should have been done at the dealership or have told me about before purchasing where NOT COVERED! Everyone i worked with at Autos Direct Online LIED to me so they could make a buck. At the end of the day the price of this truck is going to be outrageous due to the repairs. They do not sell quality vehicles and they LIE about their vehicles conditions. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON! Unfortunately I now see that your response was all lies and you have no desire what so ever to even attempt to negotiate a solution. Anything is better then being ignored. I have called the employee in charge of customer relations "Tim Eliot" multiple times in the last several weeks and have left dozens of voicemails and txts with NO RESPONSE TO ANY! It's unfortunate that you claim to be part of any program that considers you a company that fixes customer complaints. You just ignore them. You should be removed from DealerRaters certified dealership program because it obviously means nothing to you. More
Found used Jeep Commander on Auto Trader and Ebay. Called Steve in the AM to set up appointment, met with him 4 hours later. Very large building with lots of vehicles to choose from. Jeep was exactly as advertised, in great condition. The entire staff was very friendly, and worked hard to get my loan pushed through. The only bad part of the experience was the long wait, which was due to my crappy credit and all the banks they had to call. I'll definalty go back! Dave G More
They are very helpful and will work until you are happy. It took a while to get approved, but the finance department worked hard to get it done. They prefer appointments so they can work with you and not managed 10 customers needing help. You can not go wrong checking them out before you shop anywhere else. More
I was recently shopping for a used car online. My state is exceptionally expensive, so I was looking to buy out of state. It was a bit scary, buying without being able to test drive, but the sales rep I wa is exceptionally expensive, so I was looking to buy out of state. He provided me with all the details I needed, and replied to my !multiple! Phone calls right away. The paperwork wasn't as overwhelming as I thought. All in all - great experience! Thanks Frank! More

The repair they performed on my BMW X5 driver side window lasted only a week. When asked to fix again they said I would be charged. Why would I pay someone to fix something they couldn't do right the 1st t lasted only a week. When asked to fix again they said I would be charged. Why would I pay someone to fix something they couldn't do right the 1st time? Ridiculous! So I took it to the BMW dealership and they told me someone poorly patched up the regulator. Before you drive away and if you have any repairs done by them get an extended warranty. You have been warned. More
Frank helped me within the span of two days to get me into a car. Even though I do not have the best of credit, and Thursday I was there unitl 7:30pm, Both he and Garry did everything they could to get into a car.
