worst dealership in the world, there is no warranty on cars even though it is implied. The owner is elusive and no one has a clear answer to what their job is and they do not know how to treat a customer. cars even though it is implied. They sell junk cars and when people do their paperwork, they try to slip in "sold as is no warranty". When in dealership they tell all the customers "We sell 600 cars a month" and once in a while we get someone that is dissatisfied." When you want to talk to the owner Shaun Payne, he doesn't exist and they tell you he is never there." I have the most irritating, misunderstood liars with a "customer approach that is if you don't like it go somewhere else" I could go on and on, but why? I bought my car oct. 11, 2013 and have had it in my possession three days the rest of the time it was broke down at home or back to the dealership and the 30 day tag runs out nov. 11, 2013. After many trips to dealership and calls that went unanswered, they agreed to fix the car and guess what here it is, nov. 4 and still no car. I don't have any transportation and so I have to pay people with money I don't have to take me to drs. appts., store, get prescriptions, physical therapy,etc.. Just save yourself a world of headaches, and go to a "real" dealership where there you can physically see owners, managers, salesmen, and service teams. More

Customer service aspect was great, we drove over 2hrs and James was very flexible with our schedule. All paperwork was completed quick and efficient and explained thoroughly to us. We had an issue with something electronically on the vehicle, not a default but something we were not aware as to what it meant. I called James who responded quickly and also sent a text to call if any other questions. We appreciated this customer service without high pressure sale tactics. We felt the price was good for the vehicle in which we purchased. We will return to Auto Direct in the future. More
