This place was just awful, I called to schedule a test drive and was sent to a 3rd party answering service that asked for all my details and arrival time. I walk in at my appointment time and am greeted by no one, and there are about 6 employees present and no customers (I understand why now). I finally speak up loudly and ask why the car I have an appointment for isn’t outside and the staff is ignorant and clueless as well as rude. All the while the manager Jenkins Dunbar is sitting in the background observing this entire scenario, they ask for my license although I’ve sent all these details to the 3rd party answering service I had already spoken to when scheduling my appointment. After handing someone my license I wait 2 minutes and then shout does anyone intend to get the car, it should have been ready and all these employees are just staring at me-I then don’t even want the car so I take my license and walk out-and FINALLY this gets the managers attention. The manager then follows me to my car and begins to given a lecture on why his staff is lack luster but really we should address why he is incompetent and too lazy to step up when he is there to witness his staff dropping the ball. He insists I test drive the car so I told him get it here now, they pull it up 7 minutes later-mind you it’s a 2019 Range Rover with low miles but it’s apparent this just came from an auction and this dealership does zero inspection-they just buy the auction rejects and put them up for sale at 200-300% mark up-I get it, it’s business. But when I got in the Range Rover several lights came on the dash and the sun roof leaked water into the car even though it was totally closed. The inspection process, staff, management, the whole company is very poor performing. From selecting cars, scheduling test drives, interacting with customers, management trying to rectify awful behavior-they dropped the ball at every single opportunity. Then to top it off, Jenkins Dunbar said he would be contacting me regarding the car in hopes to fix the situation he sat back and watched transpire, he text me on 1/29 and I said yes you can attempt to fix this - date is now 2/9 and I haven’t heard from him. This dealership wasted a good hour of my time and then I couldn’t even test drive their very, very low quality, unreliable cars. Save yourself the time and go down the road less than a mile to Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM)- they treated us like royalty without a reservation. More

Forgery and theft! That's all you need to know. Please go to a REAL dealership! As you can see from other reviews, the vehicles are not even subpar. They come from auct That's all you need to know. Went on wed for a test drive, asked for numbers out the door. Was taking so long we had to leave. He said he would get them same day. Wed no more calls or emails. No call or text on fri, texted him and no text back. Waited till 3pm and called main number and asked to deal with Ron the manager. He said he had been busy and calimed he already texted me. Told him no you didn't so he finally text me the offer. At full price! Plus no concession for the bald tires and 2 scuffed wheels. These are $1000 wheels and tires about $1800 I asked him is this the best you can do and he said yes and gives me a sob story about how he is only .making couple hundred. Their dealer fee alone is $1100, xxx?? He also said that he has inexperienced people that look over the cars and best thing is to go pay for a $200 inspection. I am reaching out to share my experience with Autonomous Kennesaw, a car dealership located in Kennesaw, Georgia. I recently became the victim of fraudulent and deceptive sales practices involving the use of my digital signature without consent and the sale of a vehicle that quickly became unsafe and inoperable. Within 24 hours of purchase, the vehicle shut down completely, locking me out. I later discovered that the manual key provided with the vehicle did not even belong to it. Over the next several days, I incurred multiple expenses — locksmith service, diagnostics, towing, and key replacement — totaling hundreds of dollars. An Infiniti dealership ultimately determined that the car requires $8,617.59 in repairs and that the vehicle has suffered water damage. The car came from Cape Coral, FL. Even more troubling, when a Cobb County Sheriff’s officer attempted to contact the dealership using the phone number on the contract, it was found that the number did not belong to the dealership or anyone associated with it. I have filed a fraud report (Case #25-10256) with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Department, and I am now seeking accountability and a refund through my attorney. I am sharing my story to raise awareness and help protect other consumers from similar experiences. FYI - the finance guy placed my signature on an extended warranty AND GAP Insurance, neither of which was mentioned to me!! I THOUGHT I was paying $18K but when I got my loan information, my balance was over $22K. AND the vehicle is INOPERABLE within a day of purchase!!!!! More
