After you purchase the vehicle and have issues that you bring to their attention via email, phone call or in person, they will ignore your emails, calls are transferred to voicemail and nothing gets resolved. My husband and I drove 8 hours to see a vehicle at the Autonomous Kennesaw location. The Sales Manager, Justin Sherman, assured us he would make a fair deal with us on a Honda Pilot. He assured us he could beat our Credit Union’s interest rate. Sherman assured us he would make good on the badly needed tires for this vehicle. First, he showed a price online of $28,999 for the vehicle we wanted but when we arrived we were told the price would ONLY be that price if we financed with his company and if we did not, the price would increase by $3,000. Also, his interest rate quoted was no where near our credit union rate of 6.7 percent but 8.04. His reasoning for the higher rate was because of our credit score. However, my husband’s credit score was 761. Excellent!!! He told us too we couldn’t finance the vehicle at the lower rate with our credit union because he wouldn’t have his money for 3-4 days and we were t leaving until he had his money. Everyone in the business world knows of a thing called a wire transfer!!! Sherman’s arrogance was unbelievable! He insulted us at every turn with a quick answer for every mistake and decision he made to charge us the higher price unless we financed with him, charging the higher interest rate because our credit was bad and then, the icing on the cake was he informed us he has a dealer fee of $1,099 which was on every transaction!! Our credit union loan officer informed us that this in essence made the purchase price go up by this amount and pricing the vehicle far above the clean retail price. Also, he would not make the deal where he would put new tires on this vehicle as promised. We left the dealership to think about what to do. In the meantime, I read review after review online about this dealership and the majority of the reviews were very very negative. Neither my husband nor I could sleep thinking over and over how negative this whole thing transpired. Our loan officer talked to Sherman the next day and not surprisingly he was rude and arrogant to her as well. She is a very experienced loan officer, having worked for this credit union for over 41 years. Needless to say, Ann knows her stuff. He insulted her and tried on every turn to berate her. You make your own decision but I think the Buyer’s should beware of this dealership. More
Never contacted me on the issues that I pointed out with the car, pricing issues or comparisons. Just a generic form letter that didn’t pertain to the car. the car, pricing issues or comparisons. Just a generic form letter that didn’t pertain to the car. More

There was some room for negotiation here, but still very frustrating and dishonest. All of that would have been fine if we hadn’t gotten the vehicle home to find significant undisclosed damage. We bought at night and in the rain and were very thorough in our inspection, but could not see the exterior damage until daylight the following morning. Left multiple messages with no call back. My only hope is that this review loses them a couple of sales, which will cost far more than it would have to do the right thing. More
