I did my entire deal online with Frank via text and email. Had my numbers figured out within a day of back and forth and had a contract digitally signed the next day. Pick up was a breeze as it was already (as shown here) detailed and ready for me to pick up. It was a 30 minute pickup to go over a last few things and we were outta there. The whole process was seamless, I was never pressured to take anything extra that I didn’t want and they explained my numbers thoroughly as I asked a lot of questions. I tried 3 other dealerships all over SoCal and AutoNatiom Carlsbad best them all by about $2-3K off of the MSRP. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Mazda in the SoCal area. More
