Best Experience! Oh man, what an awesome experience! I woke up at 4am on 10/27/18 to start my walk to Carlsbad from Pacific Beach. Upon my arrival, I got the pleasure of working with Paul Guardino who is in the Internet Sales department. Btw, kidding about the walk 🤣. Paul helped me in buying a new 2018 Mazda6 Touring. This man knows his stuff. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the whole transaction. He also went above and beyond with his hospitality and giving me information on which I had no idea of at the time. They need to give this man a promotion!!! Also, throughout the process, I met Ron Pitkin, the Sales Manager and Mike Lauzun the Finance Manager. These guys were friendly, helpful, and I'm glad they had a sense of humor. Let's not forget to mention how friendly the rest of the staff was either. Between meeting these three superb individuals, and the rest of the staff. I felt like I fit right in with these gentlemen and almost forgot I was buying a new car. Without a doubt, this was the best car dealership experience I've had. More
