In January 2014 I lost my car due to someone running a red light. So I started my search for a new car. I knew what I was looking for and search all the typical websites looking for the car that would fit red light. So I started my search for a new car. We decided that a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was what we wanted to start shopping for. After visiting a few dealerships around the Denver Metro area my wife and started feeling frustrated with not only the selection but the overall treatment at most dealerships is just uncomfortable and the whole sales person follow you around the lot like a lost puppy is annoying. Then we found an ad for a Jeep at AUtosearch.com. On paper it looked like the perfect Jeep, but after our past experiences we were a little nerves. Then we got to the Automotive Search and saw the perfect Jeep that fit our needs and the rest of the experience was the same. She listened to me describe what I wanted, and had a very thorough knowledge of all of the similar vehicles, but let me make my own decision. No pressure, and none of the manufacturer dealership double talk. If any current manufacturers (Saturn knew this) figure this out, it will be a new day in car sales. On December 30, 2013, I was in the process of purchasing a brand new Jeep. While I knew exactly what I wanted, I felt as if the salesmen at the dealerships were trying to take advantage of me. Phil came h a brand new Jeep. While I knew exactly what I wanted, I felt as if the salesmen at the dealerships were trying to take advantage of me. Phil came highly recommended by a mutual acquaintance and did an amazing job for me. I received the recommendation for him the day before I was planning on purchasing from a dealership. I called him within 5 minutes of receiving his contact information. Not only did he answer on the first try, but he was also super polite, as if we were old friends. I explained my situation, told him what I was wanting, and that I was wanting everything taken care of by the end of the next business day. All else considered, I gave him very little notice and an even less chance to successfully pull through. He did though, with flying colors. Phil walked me through everything so I felt comfortable with the purchase and the numbers I was looking at. He also made it a point to accommodate my busy schedule when delivering the vehicle. This meant Phil being at the office at 9 AM on New Year's Day. As a single female, I don't feel as if I was taken advantage of and someone was actually working in my best interest. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and as stress free as buying a new vehicle can be. A huge thank you to Phil for....absolutely everything he did to make purchasing a new car joyful instead of stressful.
