Very easy and pleasant I asked for a Vet Plate and handed in my DD 214 seperation paperwork to sales. I didn't receive a Vet plate, the form I gave is the form needed. Also I'm from out of state, 2 oil changes come with a purchase, it's a far distance maybe dealership should credit cash or give purchaser the option of bringing vehicle somewhere closer to them and honor the bill Other than that I'm very pleased with the quality of my used vehicle.
