I found Direct Auto Mall on Autotrader while looking for a pre-owned '07 Honda Accord. I must admit, I was a little skeptical when I saw how low their prices were compared to typical car dealerships. I had just got done going through hell with a new car dealership trying to sell me a used car and playing their stupid games. So I went to check out Direct Auto Mall to speak with some of their people and look around. Everyone was extremely nice and informative. They explained their motto of pricing a used car fair, taking the best care of their customers, and going the route of "sell a lot, make a little." I worked with Simon mostly, who was awesome. Easy to talk to, very straight forward, and treated me extremely well. All the pricing was laid out up front, with all costs itemized and nothing hidden. The car was ready when he told me it would be. Everyone else I spoke with either in person or over the phone was great, too. Overall I had a great experience with Direct Auto Mall. I worked with Simon Freitas (Sales)and Stacy Seal (Finance). I am normally very put off by salesman because many seem not to be genuine but Simon is definitely an exception and I definitely do not think I would have purchased my car at Direct Auto Mall if he had not been the salesman. The only issue I have is that when I got my car, it only had a quarter tank of gas. I would have expected that the process for getting the car ready would have included filling the tank! This is a minor issue though and all in all I enjoyed my experience at Direct Auto Mall and would recommend them to others. More

I bought a 2006 Jeep Cherokee in March 2010. I received excellent service from your salesman. Fran (the Sales Manager) helped get me the price I wanted. The car was ready when they promised.
