In November 2012 I stopped by Direct Auto Mall looking for a Cargo Van, 2009. I was attracted by the commercial on TV saying "We will double your payment" and in addition they offered a prize of Flat scre for a Cargo Van, 2009. I was attracted by the commercial on TV saying "We will double your payment" and in addition they offered a prize of Flat screen TVs to the first 50 customers on Black Friday. It was all lie. When you buy the car they say that the prize was gone, and the discount is not like they suggest on the TV commercials. I want to tell everyone not to go to this place that are scams. First of all, my payment was increased to $ 500 just because up to $ 3000, the increase was only $ 500.00. OK, Second: They said that the bank has requested $ 4000.00 to approve me and I agreed, so a week later they asked for more money $ 6000.00 down or to financing with my mother’s name, which was not in the deal. Finally, after I refused to close that deal, they never returned my deposit of $ 500.00. The sales man Pedro was very professional and he did the best he could to help us, but the Direct Auto Mall has The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The manager KLEYSSON Braga claimed to have sent me my check on fifteen days ago, but it never arrived to us, the manager Mr. DOMINGOS was the one who told me that I was approved and that I should leave $ 4,000.00 to them. Thank God I didn't make that the check. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CAR DEALER THEY DISHONEST. DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. I JUST call today to claim my money back, then they say they will get back to me, but even if they return the deposit tomorrow, I had to call several times, they should have paid me a month ago. TOO MUCH HEADACHES THEY ARE WORTHLESS . More

Ive been looking everywhere for a 2010 mercedes c-class, low mileage and a good deal and finally after a long search i happen to find direct auto mall.
