well to start my name is joe and i was very hopeful with these guys i personally dealt with glacen and 2 other managers and they all told me things were good and they would call me back well i talked to a m these guys i personally dealt with glacen and 2 other managers and they all told me things were good and they would call me back well i talked to a manager last week and they said they would call me and never did now when i try to call they dont answer or the rep will hang up but to give u a idea of what happened i live in Maine and i was looking at the Hyundai tiburon they had and i wanted to get it looked at but was having a hard time getting to them so they said they would take it to the dealership of my choosing and they would fax me the results well he said they faxed them twice but i never got them and it was to get faxed to my moms bank where i know the fax machine works.. first of never got it and 2nd they did not bring it to where i said i had told them take the 125 out of my 200 to pay for it but never got the results now the car is gone and i cant get ahold of them so i am now looking to get the full $200.00 back because if they did get the results from the dealer they chose and not the one i wanted it to go to it most likely helped them sell the car More

Customer service was great! Better than those big dealerships. I dealt with Carlos and he was fantastic. Didn't take to long to come to a deal.
