From the moment we started this experience I was dreading the buying deal. Went to 6 dealerships and looked at multiple vehicles. This is my second experience with Auto Max in Shawnee, The first time three years ago was excellent and I have to say yesterday was just as good if not better. I had stopped at another dealership on my way home from the city. Bad experience, never even had the opportunity to open the door of a vehicle much less test drive one. I knew the experience I had before so I decided to "just go look, and get some prices on what a new one would be, and what I would get for my trade". Well after not only looking in but test driving it. I knew I wanted it. Ronnie was informative on what I wanted, gave me more knowledge for what I needed. Even though I was waiting on my bank for pre approval financing, Ronnie told me that possibly they could find me better financing. On a Whim I said ok let's see. Well Last night I came home in my new truck. Now I can pull my horse trailer and horses around without any problem and with my new grand baby on her way I can pick her up and take her with me without space problems. Thank you so much for two wonderful experiences. I really don't think I will even go to any other dealers in the future.
