I spent almost $7k in 3 days in the dealership for s580. When i picked up the car the car wasn't clean, and John Morsy told me i needed to replace the car's air filter. I told him it was okay. Tom Lood and this dealership went to bat and beyond expectations in standing up for us on a manufacturing defect that took place on our 2019 Mercedes C300.
